Due to the complexity of Customs procedure, there is always a risk that some of these parcels will take longer to clear than stated by our courier. This is unfortunately outside of our control.
When tariffs and duties are due, this timeline depends on the Customer's promt payment.
This (sadly) includes parcels that are sent out as gifts directly to your loved ones.
Any payment delay will also delay the delivery, potentially until after Christmas.
