All our orders are shipped from Italy, and all orders shipped outside the EU are DAP (Delivered At Place). This means import clearance, customs duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs and/or the courier will contact you directly when the parcel arrives at the border and requires clearance.

Our perfumes are all suitable for vegans (apart from Bergamoud, which is vegetarian). We don’t test our finished products on animals (which is banned in the EU). We formulate our perfumes with a mix of natural materials and synthetic molecules. The balance between naturals and synthetics is at the heart of modern perfumery – a blend of pleasure, performance, and safety.

We try to include as much information as possible in the perfume descriptions – notes, ingredients, and overall vibe. Customer reviews on our website are also helpful. We always recommend trying our Discovery Set to experience the perfumes directly on your skin. Because we use a high amount of natural essential oils and absolutes, the scent may vary slightly on each person – the skin is the final ingredient.

We offer free shipping for full-sized 50ml bottles to many countries, including the EU, UK, USA, Canada, and other non-EU European countries. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Our perfumes are sold exclusively online at Narici.com. We do not currently have physical retail points or authorized resellers. We recommend the Narici Discovery Set to experience the full collection on your skin.

At the moment, we don’t offer free samples due to the limited nature of our production batches. We do offer the Narici Discovery Set to try the full collection.

Great idea! We can usually remove the price and invoice from the box – except in some countries where customs require a commercial invoice. Please contact us if you’re shipping outside the EU and want this option. We don’t currently offer gift wrapping. You can write a gift message in the order notes.

Yes, we can provide an invoice for both retail and business customers. Please indicate this in the order notes and provide all invoicing information within 5 business days of payment.

For Italian retail customers, a Codice Fiscale is required to issue an invoice.
