On this page, you’ll find basic information about the different shipping services we offer by country, along with the conditions for free shipping.
Our couriers also offer ad hoc services not bookable through the website. For any specific needs, contact us at ciao@narici.com
Shipping within Italy
Standard shipping within Italy is free for all orders containing at least one 50 ml perfume bottle.
For this ground service, our couriers guarantee delivery in 2–4 business days (3–4 days for remote areas and islands).
Orders containing only Discovery Sets are shipped via tracked priority mail, with a shipping fee of €4.95.
Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation (or availability, in the case of pre-orders). Express shipping is not bookable through the site but is available upon request by email.
We do not deliver to Livigno or Campione d’Italia.
Shipping within the European Union
Standard shipping to all EU countries is free for orders containing at least one 50 ml perfume.
Delivery time: 4-7 business days (ground service).
Orders containing only Discovery Sets are shipped via registered mail with return receipt, at a cost of €7.90 (delivery time: 5-10 business days).
Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation (or availability, in case of pre-orders). Express shipping is available on request via email.
We do not ship to the Azores. For remote areas and smaller islands, we may apply a surcharge following contact with the customer.
Shipping to the United Kingdom
Shipments to the UK are made exclusively via express courier (dangerous goods) and are free for orders containing at least one 50 ml perfume purchased through the UK website (in GBP).
Delivery time (including customs clearance): 3–5 business days.
Discovery Set: shipped via registered mail with return receipt, £7.90 (delivery time: 5-10 business days).
All UK orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): import clearance, customs duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation (or availability, for pre-orders). Express shipping is not bookable through the site, but available upon request.
The same conditions apply to Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey — however, delivery of Discovery Sets via registered mail may take up to 3 weeks. We may apply a surcharge for remote areas or minor islands, following contact with the Customer.
Shipping to non-EU Europe, USA, and Canada
Shipments to non-EU international destinations are carried out exclusively via DHL express courier (Dangerous Goods service).
Delivery time: 3–5 business days, subject to customs processing times.
All shipments are sent DAP: import clearance, duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation (or product availability).
Free shipping for orders with at least one 50 ml perfume purchased on the international website, valid for:
- Non-EU Europe: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Vatican City, San Marino, Norway, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Iceland
- North America: United States, Canada
Discovery Sets: shipped via registered mail with return receipt, $59.00 (delivery time: 10–15 business days).
A surcharge may apply for remote areas or minor islands, upon contact with the Customer.
Shipping to Other Countries
Shipments are carried out exclusively by air via DHL express courier (Dangerous Goods service).
Unfortunately, due to local regulations on Dangerous Goods (perfume is considered as such, as it’s flammable!), we are not allowed to send parcels to China.
Covered zones:
- Zone 7: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand
- Zone 8: Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Egypt, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine
- Zone 9: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Nigeria, Kenya, Russia
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery time: 3–5 business days, subject to customs clearance.
All orders are shipped DAP: import clearance, customs duties, and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from payment confirmation (or availability), to allow for export customs procedures.
We may apply a surcharge for remote areas or minor islands, depending on courier conditions and always upon contact with the Customer.
REFUSED DELIVERIES & UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is refused, not claimed, or cannot be delivered because the recipient does not pay customs duties, taxes, or other import charges, the shipment will automatically be returned to us.
We encourage customers to review local customs regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
In such cases:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
- Any return shipping fees, customs charges, storage fees, or other costs billed to us by the courier will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are issued only once the parcel has been returned to us and checked by our team.
